Terms of Service

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully before using 1MillionWeb3. They cover purchases, payments, content, and the rules that apply when you use the Service. A key point: all payments are made on-chain and are non-refundable, except for undelivered purchases as described in Section 7.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 1MillionWeb3 (the “Service”). By using the Service, and in particular by selecting blocks, connecting a wallet, or completing any purchase, you agree to these Terms. You confirm that you accept these Terms each time you complete a purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What 1MillionWeb3 is

1MillionWeb3 is a public pixel canvas where you can buy space (“Blocks”), add artwork and links, and promote a web3 project. We also offer a project page, a verified badge, and time-limited boost placements. We are a visibility and marketing platform. We do not sell, issue, or promote any tokens or securities, and we do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Appearing on the Service is not an endorsement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country or on any list that is subject to sanctions or embargoes that would make your use unlawful. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Service and paying in cryptocurrency is legal where you live, and for complying with all laws that apply to you.

4. Wallets and access

The Service does not use traditional password accounts. Your space is associated with the username and the blockchain wallet you use at checkout. You are solely responsible for your wallet, its private keys, and every transaction it authorizes. We never take custody of your wallet, your keys, or your funds, and we cannot access, freeze, reverse, or recover them. Keep your credentials secure. We are not responsible for any loss arising from a compromised, lost, or mismanaged wallet.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Payment is made in cryptocurrency through your connected wallet. At checkout, the US dollar price is converted to the relevant token at a live market rate quoted at that time; the amount you confirm on-chain is the amount you pay. Network (“gas”) fees are charged by the blockchain, not by us, and are your responsibility. You are responsible for sending the correct amount, on the correct network, to the correct address shown at checkout. Blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

6. Review, approval, and publishing

Every order is submitted for manual review before it is published. When you pay, your selected Blocks are reserved to you right away, but your content becomes visible on the canvas only after we approve it. We may approve your submission as is, or make minor adjustments before publishing (for example to formatting, links, or images) so that it fits the canvas and these Terms. We aim to review orders promptly but do not guarantee any specific review or publishing time. We may decline or remove content that violates Section 8; doing so is not a failure to deliver and does not entitle you to a refund.

7. No refunds

All sales are final. Because every payment settles on-chain and is irreversible, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks for any purchase, including Blocks, pages, page edits, the verified badge, and boost. This includes, without limitation: a change of mind; dissatisfaction; buyer error (such as sending the wrong amount, using the wrong network, or selecting the wrong Blocks); content that we decline or remove for a policy violation; and boost time that has already run.

The only exception is undelivered purchases. If you completed a payment (funds left your wallet) but the corresponding order was not created or delivered to you because of an error or technical issue on our side, contact support with your wallet address and the transaction hash. We will investigate and make it right, which may include completing your order or, where that is not possible, providing a comparable remedy at our discretion. This exception covers undelivered purchases only and is not a general right to a refund.

8. Your content and acceptable use

You are responsible for everything you submit, including artwork, text, links, social handles, and the projects you promote (“Content”). You represent that you own your Content or have all rights needed to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or break any law.

You must not submit or promote Content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or a scam; that infringes intellectual property or other rights; that impersonates a person, project, or brand you do not represent; that contains malware, phishing, or harmful code or links; that is hateful, harassing, violent, or sexually explicit; or that promotes illegal financial schemes. We may refuse, hide, edit, or remove any Content that we believe violates these Terms or harms users or the Service, at any time, without notice, and without a refund.

9. License to display your content

You keep ownership of your Content. By submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, resize, and reproduce your Content on the canvas, on pages, and in our own marketing and promotional materials for the Service, for as long as your Content is live and for a reasonable period afterward. You can ask us to take down your Content by contacting support, subject to these Terms and noting that purchases remain non-refundable.

11. Verified badge and boost

The verified badge indicates that we have carried out a basic check that an account is who it claims to be. It is not an endorsement, a guarantee of a project's quality, safety, or legitimacy, or any form of financial assurance. Boost is a time-limited placement that runs for the duration you select and then ends. Boost cannot be renewed while it is still active, and unused or remaining boost time is not refundable.

12. Third-party projects, wallets, and links

The Service links to and displays third-party projects, websites, tokens, and content that we do not control. Wallets, blockchains, and on-ramp providers are operated by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or conduct, or for any loss arising from them. Always do your own research before interacting with any project you find on the Service.

13. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any asset, or a recommendation of any project. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that the canvas will always be available. Blockchain networks carry inherent risks, including congestion, forks, failures, and volatility, which are outside our control.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1MillionWeb3 and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, tokens, or funds. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for losses caused by your wallet, your own errors, blockchain networks, or third parties.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1MillionWeb3 and its operators from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or any law.

17. Suspension and removal

We may suspend or limit access, and remove or hide Content, if we believe these Terms have been broken or to protect users or the Service. Removal of violating Content does not entitle you to a refund.

18. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service, or any new purchase, means you accept the updated Terms.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of 1MillionWeb3, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before bringing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us first so that we can try to resolve it with you directly.
