Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 8, 2026

This policy explains what information 1MillionWeb3 collects, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. The Service is a public canvas, so some of what you submit is shown publicly, and on-chain payments are permanent and outside our control.

1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 1MillionWeb3 (the “Service,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Service. It applies to the canvas, the pages, the purchase flows, and the contact form. By using the Service you agree to this policy. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you buy space or use the Service, we collect the email address you enter at checkout or on the contact form, your chosen username, and the profile content you submit: display name, bio, avatar and cover images, categories, social handles and any follower counts you add, page content, and the links and artwork you publish. On the contact form we also collect your message, an optional name, and any image you attach.

Payment and wallet information. When you pay, we record your wallet address, the transaction hash, the network and token used, the amount, and your wallet provider. We do not receive or store your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet password.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure records technical data such as your IP address, browser and device information, and basic log data. We also use bot-protection technology that processes request and device signals to tell humans from automated abuse.

3. Information that is public

The Service is a public canvas. Your username, display name, bio, images, categories, social handles, badges, the links you publish, and the blocks you own are shown publicly to anyone who visits the Service, and may be indexed by search engines or copied by others. Please do not publish anything you want to keep private. Your wallet address and on-chain transactions are also public on the blockchain by design.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to: provide and operate the Service; process, review, and publish your orders; display your content on the canvas and pages; send you transactional emails about your orders and their review or approval; respond to your contact requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and automated attacks; keep the Service secure; comply with legal obligations; and improve the Service. We use your email only for these purposes and to reply to you. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Payments and the blockchain

Payments are made on public blockchains through your wallet. Transaction details, including your wallet address, the amount, and the transaction hash, are recorded permanently on the blockchain and are visible to anyone. This is outside our control. We cannot change, hide, or delete anything that has been written to a blockchain.

6. Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of cookies and browser storage that are necessary for the Service to work, mainly to keep your wallet connection and your preferences during a session. We do not use these to build advertising profiles. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, but parts of the Service, such as connecting a wallet, may then stop working.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

our database and file storage provider (which hosts your profile, orders, and uploaded images); our hosting and bot-protection provider (which serves the Service and helps block automated abuse); and our email provider (which delivers our emails to you). Wallet providers and blockchain networks process your transactions under their own terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users or the Service.

8. International processing

Our providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where they do, we rely on those providers' safeguards for handling data across borders. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed in other countries.

9. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your space is live and as long as we need it to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse. We keep contact requests so we have a record of our support history. Information that is public on the canvas or recorded on a blockchain may persist even after you ask us to remove your content.

10. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including storing uploaded images in private, server-only storage and limiting who can access your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your own wallet and devices secure.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If we created a profile or page about your project from publicly available information, you can ask us to correct or remove it in the same way. Please note two limits: we cannot alter or delete anything recorded on a blockchain, and content you have made public may already have been copied or indexed by others. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

12. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will remove it.

13. Third-party projects and links

The Service displays and links to third-party projects, websites, and wallets that we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them. Review their policies before sharing information with them.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Changes take effect when posted, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
